What is Päckli Punkt and how does it work?
Päckli Punkt is a service that allows you to return parcels flexibly. You simply choose a Päckli Punkt location near you and hand in your parcel there.

How do I register for Päckli Punkt?
Registration is not necessary to use Päckli Punkt. You can register with myPäckliPunkt to benefit from additional functions such as an overview of all your parcels or the simple ordering of labels.
Is there an app for Päckli Punkt?
No, there is no Päckli Punkt app yet, but we are constantly working on making our service as easy as possible for you. If there is an app, you will find out about it on our website or our social media channels.
What should I do if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel is lost in transit, you can report the loss to the shipping company - we will take care of further processing with our shipping partner.

How do I submit a return to Päckli Punkt?
Register your return with the online store from which you ordered. Then take the parcel to a Päckli Punkt location near you, hand it in there and the return is done.
Do I have to print out a return label?
This depends on the online store in question. In many cases, you will receive the return label directly from the retailer or by email to print out. Päckli Punkt also offers the option of ordering the label or QR code for returns online.
Can I hand in my return without a printed label?
Yes, that is possible! With many of our shipping partners, you can easily process your return using a QR code. You can obtain the QR code from the online store or order the QR code directly from Päckli Punkt. Simply show the code at a Päckli Punkt location and the return label will be printed out for you on site. This saves you the hassle of having to print out a label yourself.
Can I make several returns at the same time?
Yes, you can hand in several parcels at the same time at one Päckli Punkt location. Make sure that each parcel has the appropriate return label.
How do I know if my return has been successfully received by the retailer?

What do I need to bear in mind when returning my parcel?
Your parcel may not be larger than 80x60x60 cm and weigh up to 30 kg.

How long does the return transportation take on average?
As a rule, your parcel will arrive 2 to 4 working days after it has been handed in to the mail order company. In some rural areas, it may take a little longer.
Is my parcel insured?
Yes, the value of your parcel is insured up to a maximum of CHF 500.00.

Mit Päckli Punkt PickUp kannst du deine Bestellung von ausgewählten Partnern an einen Päckli Punkt liefern lassen und dort bequem abholen. So bleibst du flexibel und musst dein Paket nicht zu Hause entgegennehmen.
Wie funktioniert die Abholung über Päckli Punkt?
Wähle beim Bestellprozess – sofern vom Versandpartner angeboten – einen Päckli Punkt als Abholort aus. Sobald dein Paket dort eingetroffen ist, wirst du via SMS benachrichtigt und kannst es während der Öffnungszeiten des Standorts abholen.

PickUp ist nur bei ausgewählten Versandhäusern verfügbar. Ob diese Option angeboten wird, siehst du direkt im Bestellprozess des jeweiligen Händlers.
Wie erfahre ich, dass mein Paket zur Abholung bereit ist?
Sobald dein Paket beim gewählten Päckli Punkt eingetroffen ist, erhältst du von uns eine Benachrichtigung per SMS mit den wichtigsten Informationen für die Abholung.
Was muss ich für die Abholung mitbringen?
Bitte bring die Abholinformation bzw. den entsprechenden Abholcode mit, den du per SMS erhalten hast. Je nach Partner kann zusätzlich ein Ausweis (Identitätsausweis) erforderlich sein.
Wie lange wird mein Paket am Päckli Punkt aufbewahrt?

Kann ich mein PickUp-Paket auch gleich wieder retournieren?
Falls der Versandpartner dies unterstützt, kann eine Abholung und spätere Rücksendung grundsätzlich kombiniert werden. Für die Rücksendung gelten jedoch die jeweiligen Retourenbedingungen des Versandhauses. Do I need to keep anything?
Yes - please keep the proof of delivery with the consignment number in a safe place. This is the only way you can track your return. Unfortunately, tracking is not possible without a receipt.
