What is Päckli Punkt and how does it work?
Päckli Punkt is a service that allows you to return parcels flexibly. You simply choose a Päckli Punkt location near you and hand in your parcel there.

How do I register for Päckli Punkt?
Registration is not necessary to use Päckli Punkt. To benefit from additional functions such as an overview of all your parcels, collecting bonus points or simply ordering labels, you can register with myPäckliPunkt.
Is there an app for Päckli Punkt?

If your parcel is lost in transit, you can report the loss to the shipping company - we will take care of further processing with our shipping partner.

How do I submit a return to Päckli Punkt?
Register your return with the online store from which you ordered. Then take the parcel to a Päckli Punkt location near you, hand it in there and the return is done.
Do I have to print out a return label?
This depends on the online store in question. In many cases, you will receive the return label directly from the retailer or by email to print out. Päckli Punkt also offers the option of ordering the label or QR code for returns online.
Can I hand in my return without a printed label?
Yes, that is possible! With many of our shipping partners, you can easily process your return using a QR code. You can obtain the QR code from the online store or order the QR code directly from Päckli Punkt. Simply show the code at a Päckli Punkt location and the return label will be printed out for you on site. This saves you the hassle of having to print out a label yourself.
Can I make several returns at the same time?
Yes, you can hand in several parcels at the same time at one Päckli Punkt location. Make sure that each parcel has the appropriate return label.
How do I know if my return has been successfully received by the retailer?

What do I need to bear in mind when returning my parcel?
Your parcel may not be larger than 80x60x60 cm and weigh up to 30 kg.
We only transport returns from our shipping partners within Switzerland. Are you missing a mail order company? Please get in touch with us.
How long does the return transportation take on average?
As a rule, your parcel will arrive 2 to 4 working days after it has been handed in to the mail order company. In some rural areas, it may take a little longer.
Is my parcel insured?
Yes, the value of your parcel is insured up to a maximum of CHF 500.00.

Many of our locations offer extended opening hours, sometimes even until 10 p.m., so you can drop off your parcels after work. Some locations are also open on Sundays.
How much does it cost to return a parcel via Päckli Punkt?
The costs for returns depend on the respective online store. Many of our partners offer free returns if you use Päckli Punkt. You can find more detailed information in your retailer's returns information or in the overview of shipping partners.
Which payment methods are accepted at Päckli Punkt?
For chargeable returns, you can choose between various payment methods such as credit card, Twint, PayPal or cash when you hand in the parcel when you order the label on our website. This keeps everything flexible and uncomplicated for you!
How do I find out if the return is free of charge?
Information on free returns can be found in the return conditions of the respective online store.
Do I need to keep anything?
Yes - please keep the proof of delivery with the consignment number in a safe place. This is the only way you can track your return. Unfortunately, tracking is not possible without a receipt.
