To use the shipment tracking function at www.paeckli-punkt.ch, it is necessary to enter the parcel number, which can be found on the receipt created when the parcel is sent. Personal data to identify the sender or recipient is not required. The information displayed on the shipment history includes the status of the processing of the transport order.
6.2 Location search
To use the location search function, we use the open source mapping tool "OpenStreetMap" on our website. The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Your IP address is forwarded to OpenStreetMap so that the location search map can be displayed to you. In addition, the "Location search" function allows you to search for the nearest Päckli Punkt by entering any postal address.
