An independent arbitration body (PostCom ombudsman) is available to you for disputes in connection with our postal services. It provides support in the out-of-court settlement of disputes between you and 7Days.
We recommend that you contact our customer service department as a first step so that we can find a solution together.
If no agreement can be reached, you have the option of contacting the arbitration board.
